Another available option is a removable screen to cover the top. This is helpful for some modern fireplaces, which receive fresh air intake from the chimney (using double-walled flues). Older chimneys typically use a covered top on the Chimney Cap, protecting from rain.

Do you want custom finishes
Some customers request a custom finish, like a patina finish, to initially provide the look of aged copper (usually brown or green). Otherwise, natural copper is delivered, and a patina will develop over time.
