Waterways completed the fabrication before the promised date and sent us progress pictures
from his shop, which we really appreciated. The shroud was delivered on-time and arrived in a sturdy wood crate that he custom built; not a scratch to be found. It fit perfectly onto our chimney and we couldn't be more pleased. It is now the crowning jewel atop our project.

We decided to replace the original ceramic chimney pots on our French Country home in Ohio with Copper [Chimney Caps]. After an effort to find a qualified local fabricator was unsuccessful, our extensive internet queries led us to Ray Hines at Waterways Sheet Metal in Watts, Oklahoma.
Ray was extremely helpful with completing a design from just photos and basic measurements of the chase, and calculated the opening sizes to insure they would draft properly.
I know the folks at Waterways went to a lot of extra effort to match the patina from a photo we sent them.
Although we never requested them, we received several messages with pics illustrating the fabrication progress and the very important crating. The caps arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule, fit perfectly and were beautiful!

I am a contractor out of Northern Illinois and I had a client who purchased these chimney caps from Waterways. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with the owner Ray. I was in contact with him throughout the project from beginning to end to ensure everything was going to fit together perfectly, being that Ray could not be on the property himself. Any time we called to get either more information or even best practices for installing his product, he always picked up the phone even when he was busy. His attention to detail and professionalism is the reason why this installation was seamless for us. Oh, and the caps look phenomenal!
