Almost all photos displayed on this site have been taken by the staff and management of Waterways Sheet Metal, Inc., and thus, by definition, could not be infringing on copyrights which might belong to anyone else. The only exception to this might be photographs taken by our customers, who have submitted photographs to us for publication, as reviews of our work.

We respect the intellectual property rights by others, just as we expect others to respect our rights. In the unlikely case that someone should believe their work has been reproduced by us in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, they may contact Ray Hines, owner of Waterways Sheet Metal, Inc., and owner of this website. Contact information is listed below. Such notification must provide the following information:
- the signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are on a single site, a representative list of such works;
- identification of the infringing material or activity (or the reference or link to such material) and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (or the reference or link);
- contact information for the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- a statement that the person sending the notice has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the person sending the notice is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We must receive your signed statement of copyright infringement by mail, or as an attachment to email before we are required to take any action.
Upon receiving such a notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the contested material.
Please be aware that there are substantial penalties for false claims.
If you believe a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may use postal mail or email to send a counter notification to Ray Hines, using the contact information listed below. A valid counter notification is a written communication that must contain substantially the following elements:
- a physical or electronic signature of the user;
- identification of the material that was believed to be a copyright infringement, and the location at which the material appears or previously appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the referenced material was contested as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- the responding person’s name, address, email address, telephone number, and a statement that the person consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which their address is located, or if the address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the person will accept service of process under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
We must receive your signed counter statement by mail, or as an attachment to email before we are required to take any action.
